Meet the Centre Director

Hi, my name is Jess and I would like to introduce myself as the centre director here at Stepping Stone (SA) Lightsview.

I have been a part of our wonderful company since October 2015, where I started my journey at one of our Northern centres. After seven years, I moved to Stepping Stone Lightsview towards the end of 2023 to commence in the role of Assistant Director.

I came into the company holding a Certificate III in children’s services, progressing and developing my skills and knowledge over that time. In 2018, I completed studies for the Diploma in Children’s Services. Over the thirteen years working in early childhood education and care, I have worked across each age group and held various roles including that of Assistant Educator, Leading Educator, Assistant Director and now Centre Director.

I believe children learn best through play, in a safe, secure and nurturing environment, in which children can grow and develop the skills to explore and succeed on their journey through the early years.

Our staff and centre are warm and welcoming and promote a hands-on approach to learning. We, at Stepping Stone Lightsview, focus on creating a family-friendly atmosphere where children and families can feel valued and welcome.

My team and I at Stepping Stone Lightsview look forward to meeting you and being a part of your child’s remarkable journey.
