We aim to provide high quality care in a safe, secure and supportive environment. All children are encouraged to grow, learn and develop respecting diversity, culture and inclusive practices.

All Children are treated equally, embracing difference and working closely with our families to enrich the lives of each child as they learn about their community and the world we live in.

We have a healthy menu for the children to enjoy, which is continuously reviewed and updated to meet each child’s daily nutritional needs.

Meet the Centre Director

Hi, my name is Maddison and I am the Centre Director of Stepping Stone Brooklyn Park.

I have been working at our Brooklyn Park service for almost 4 years now, starting out as an Educator in the Nursery Room. I was lucky enough to have the professional development opportunity of becoming Assistant Director in 2020, where I was able to gain a lot of knowledge and skills. In June 2023, I was offered another professional development opportunity, stepping up as Centre Director.

I have been working in the Childcare sector since 2017, where I have had the privilege of working across all ages and building many positive relationships with children and their families. I pride myself on being approachable and welcoming to create a calm and supportive environment for everyone that comes into our Service.

Here at Stepping Stone Brooklyn Park, we aim to create a space that feels like home, where your children are comfortable to learn and grow with confidence.

We can’t wait to welcome you into our family and support you and your children through the Early Years.
