This includes online training to maintain currency of certifications, attendance at conferences, workshops and training sessions to support their work with children.
We have an established relationship with a training organisation who provide exclusive opportunities for our educators to complete Certificate III and Diploma studies. We also provide opportunities for adults to return to the workforce through our pre-employment programs providing opportunities for Certificate III training with placements in our centres.
Our recently completed training facility at Klemzig provides a central location for our educators and centre leaders to attend in house workshops and training opportunities.
The company has an established mentoring program with the Pedagogical Mentor – Educational Leader and Pedagogical and Practice Mentor visiting centres to support the growth and development of educators at all centres.
